ACHOM staff are expected to recognize and respect each person’s preferred method of communication and provide individualized assistance that promotes understanding, choice, dignity, and meaningful participation in everyday life.
Support is tailored to the individual and may include assistance with daily living activities, personal care, communication, routines, community participation, and developing or maintaining skills that contribute to overall quality of life.
Farmington
Farmington offers apartment-style living with person-centered residential support within the A Caring Home of Michigan network.
This setting promotes safety, dignity, personal choice, individualized assistance, meaningful activities, and an enhanced quality of life. Support is tailored to each individual’s needs, preferences, abilities, and personal goals while encouraging participation in everyday routines and community life.

Heritage Home provides individualized, person-centered residential support that may include autism-informed care, communication assistance, predictable routines, and personalized approaches to daily living and community participation.
